Business Consultant for Latin American region

Location: Caracas, Venezuela

Role and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Consultant with a regional or international trade finance or financial vendor – mandatory
• Outstanding Leadership – ability to lead the bank’s users in an implementation process
• Excellent communication skills – able to interact with bank users and colleagues
• Experience working in a multilingual environment (Spanish / English)
• Ability to quickly delve into new products and subject matters
• Technical ability / knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work irregular hours including evening and weekends, depending on project scope
• Prepared for regional and international travel
• A team player with the ability to work independently, set and meet both team and personal goals and objectives

Background

• MBA, software engineer, international trading or related formal financial / banking education
• Business major or related background
